ALLAH AND THE CHRISTIAN GOD?
-A Simple Truth-

GALATIANS 1:6-8  “6  I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel--
7  which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.
8  But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned!
9  As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!”

TLB GALATIANS 1:6-8    “6  I am amazed that you are turning away so soon from God who, in his love and mercy, invited you to share the eternal life he gives through Christ; you are already following a different "way to heaven," which really doesn't go to heaven at all.
7  For there is no other way than the one we showed you; you are being fooled by those who twist and change the truth concerning Christ.
8  Let God's curses fall on anyone, including myself, who preaches any other way to be saved than the one we told you about; yes, if an angel comes from heaven and preaches any other message, let him be forever cursed.
9  I will say it again: if anyone preaches any other gospel than the one you welcomed, let God's curse fall upon him.”

There is no other gospel. The apostle Paul  wrote this verse as a warning to those who could be led astray  by believing any other message than the gospel of Jesus Christ.


Mohamed received a different message from an angel, whom he says was Gabriel. The Muslims who believe him do not believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, nor that He died on the cross for the sins of humankind. They believe that Jesus was a prophet to point to the greater prophet, Mohamed.

Therefore Allah who is worshiped by Islam is not The God of the Christians. Christians worship the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2CORINTHIANS 4:4  “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”

Some people do think there are equally valid ways to God but that is not what He says. The news of Christ’s mission is not closed to anyone, except those who refuse to believe.

Salvation is a gift, not a reward. Paul warns to beware of individuals who establish further requirements  necessary for salvation other than faith in Christ. No other method, ritual or person can give anyone eternal life. God says He has offered only one way to spend eternity with Him.
